We went for a long weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. Location was great and seemed like a nice safe area. House was clean and stocked. Loved having AC in each bedroom, 2 full showers, and a 2nd level deck with a grill. Garage can be used to park in or store all your beach stuff instead of lugging it upstairs each day. 2 doors down from a little convenience store that had everything we needed for the weekend. 2-3 blocks from a mini golf and ice cream stand. Less than 10 minute walk to the casino/arcade area. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Our group can be high maintenance but the owners were kind and responsive to our questions. Thanks for the fun memories and we will be back again!

Good spot good location easy as pie.

My sister and I came to Hampton with her girlfriends for a mid-week celebration of her wedding. The place was bigger, more spacious, than the photos do justice. There were a couple of random things like broken deck chairs/table and an issue with the garbage disposal but overall, the stay was relaxing and easy.

I cannot sat enough good things! Location, size, cleanliness… it was perfect!

This house was perfect for a fun vacation away, we had 9 people staying here and it was extremely comfortable and spacious. 2 showers was a huge plus & the water pressure is amazing. It’s a very short walk to the beach and all of the bars & restaurants. Jason was a great host and helped whenever we needed it. We’ll definitely be back!

The host of this place was amazing more than helpful with any questions and instant responses. He had amazing recommendations for food for us! The place was amazing and the perfect location for the beach, there was room for 3 car but the driveway was tight. We did find some trash and an old sock, but the place and couch was in amazing condition for a rental property. We all had a blast and I would definitely stay here again!

Spent the week with my son his wife and 3 young children. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms. The 2 porches also provided extra space for the kids to play. Would rent again!!

We had 5 of us stay for a bachelor party. The house was very warming and relaxing. Close Location to any shops and The beach!! All in all it was a very good weekend.

We have rented from Kara and Jason for several years. Properties are always clean and as advertised. Kara and Jason are easily accessible and responsive to any requests. Property is close to the beach and an easy walk to the boardwalk. Recommended for anyone looking for a decent place for a reasonable price!

The property is close to the beach, as advertised. Grill was nice to have, and the kids enjoyed spending time on the porch in the morning and evening hours.

The cottage was just what we expected based on pictures. Big and spacious! We loved the bedrooms upstairs especially with young children. P street is very quiet yet only a few steps from everything.

House was exactly as advertised, a perfect place for a week at the beach. A/C for hot days, and excellent internet and cable for rainy days. Property manager was helpful, responsible, and flexible, all great things for a year like this. Thanks Jason for making at least one week in 2020 enjoyable! – Frank H.

Low Tide was a perfect location for a stay in Hampton Beach. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Owners and other tenants extremely helpful and cordial. Perfect for a girls getaway weekend.

The house so super clean close to the boardwalk and beach had no problems at all had a blast at this house would definitely book again.

This home was clean, cozy, and large enough for even our large family. It fit 6 f us comfortably and was a conveniently close location to the beach. We hope to do this again next year!

It is a perfect location. Very short walk to the end of the beach that is far less congested than the center of the beach. I would definitely rent this property again.

This immaculate garden-level apartment is in a really great location, if you are a beach lover! Enough space for two of us to spread out, with a living/dining area for us to spend time together. It is a short (3 block-ish) walk to the beach; it’s short enough that we came back to the house for lunch and/or dinner. There’s a gas station and convenience store at the end of the street, as well as an AMAZING coffee shop. Lots of things to do – ice cream, mini-golf, pizza, shopping, etc., but it’s really the beach that’s the draw! Please keep in mind that this is a vibrant vacation community; it can get really loud, particularly late at night

Nice house in a great location right at the start of the Hampton Beach strip. The house was plenty big enough for the group we had. You can walk to anything from the house. I will definitely be back.

I was so happy with the accommodations at 13 P street. It was our first time, and I would definitely consider staying again. It was very clean, and well stocked with anything you might need. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

Everything was easy, no hassles. Very responsive, needed a gas tank at 10pm, took a chance and texted. Received one in 10 mins. Great location!

This was a great house for our group. We come up every year for the seafood festival and this house was in the perfect location. Clean, stocked, and a short walk to everything. We would definitely consider staying here again.
